all started in 1964. Mr. Kraus started a company, Electropedic, that made, sold
and delivered adjustable beds through Electropedic Adjustable Bed Stores. 1987,
Henry Kraus was on a business and pleasure trip through Europe. In Switzerland,
he stayed at a very charming boutique hotel. Mr. Kraus had one of the best
night's sleep he ever had; and wondered why the bed he slept on was so
comfortable. What was it made of? Mr. Kraus woke up feeling
rejuvenated and free of his regular back ache. (Mr. Kraus had back surgery
about 20 years earlier). He made a decision to spend another night. Is
this mattress truly a "wonder mattress"? He hoped to get an answer to that
inquiry. Again, he woke up rejuvenated and pain-free. Mr. Kraus found out
that he was sleeping on a "Latex Mattress" which happened to be quite common in
